We will supply the products in the address indicated in your order confirmation. We be aware that the frames and lenses of the photographs can differ from the real ones. Your ability to refund your order is subject to our return and refund policy.


Delivery of Products -

The delivery of your glasses can take up to 15 working days from the date of receipt of payment, but may extend to 20 working days due to the work involved in the creation of special lenses.

Opticalab makes the biggest effort to deliver your frames according to the estimated but delivery times can vary due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your frames have not arrived after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your glasses at the address indicated in the order confirmation. If no one is available to pick up the packet, we will leave a notification so you can pick up your new glasses at the local post office.

Title and risk of loss of our products becomes to the client from the time of delivery of the order.

Customs and Duties

Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Note that some customs offices may charge a handling fee.

They are not what I need, what do I do?

For us it is essential that, once you get your glasses, you are satisfied with our product you received.If you receive a product in bad conditions, our priority is to ensure a return as quickly and effectively as possible. You can find us by phone, skype or e-mail and let us know what is the problem and the choice that you prefer, that is, if you want:


  • one re-make

  • a new pair

  • a refund.


If replacement is because your prescription is wrong, we just charge a lens replacement rate (the cost of the lenses). Remember that you will have 30 days to return the glasses . All returns must be sent to the following address:

Right to Cancel -

Opticalab loves when you are happy with your new glasses. When you receive your order, open and try them on. If they do not fit how you expected, or they upset you, you have 15 days to return them to us using the following guidelines:

The glasses must be returned in the same condition you received them with the original packaging and the completed returns form (we want to know why do not convince you :)

If you placed an order after a new eye examination, glasses may find convenient different at first. We recommend that you take a week to decide whether graduation is correct, so our repayment period is extended to 30 days.

If you place an order from an old prescription, your vision may have changed. Before deciding that your glasses graduation is not correct, we suggest you visit an optician to check the glasses with your eyes checked.

All customers will receive the form and return policy by the e-mail confirming that the order has been shipped.


How to Buy

Because your eyes are the most important thing for us, we will ensure that we have the details of your prescription, the recent the better. The view changes and the best way to ensure success is to take care of your revisions so your new pair fits you perfect. If your prescription is more than two years old, It is time of an optometrist visit . It is important that you get your prescription and do not forget to ask your specialist including your pupillary distance (PD) in the report. Ophthalmologists are legally obliged to give you a copy of your graduation without extra charge.

We've made it easy for you to find a new pair that will make you look amazing!, we have gone crazy choosing models and traveled to remote places to find inspiring collections , your eyes deserve no less . So look for the one that best suit your style and remember that in the diagram next to the image we show you the sizes of each model, so you 'll get an idea of the actual frame size.

  2. Now It is lenses choosing (the price might vary depending on the thickness ) . When higher diopters we recommend finer lenses, so your glasses will be lighter .

  3. It's almost ready , we just need that you enter your prescription . If doubts appears , take a look here or click on the interrogation sign of each box for help. This is the most important part of the process , if you find problems or have doubts we are available to help. If your prescription presents only numbers for Sphere, you must leave the data Axis and Cylinder on white, but you must not forget enter your pupillary distance . If you prefer , we give you the option to scan or photograph your report and send it to us, we will do it for you ; )


Once your new pair of glasses are added to cart with all your customization we recommend you to Register, as these are all advantages: it is free , keeps your prescription data for future purchases and every two years we remember you to visit your ophthalmologist , all obviously confidential. Through your account you will also have access to view the status of your order.



This is the final look to make sure everything is exactly what you like and you just need to confirm the payment .

The system will ask you to select the method of payment of your choice: Card, Paypal, bank transfer or Bitcoins . If you prefer to pay by bank transfer , you will receive an email indicating the holder and account number in which you must make the deposit . Have a period of 5 days to make the payment for the amount indicated and concept . You must send us proof of the transaction to info(at)opticalab(dot)com. We verify the authenticity of each request, in order to prevent credit card fraud and payment services; We will confirm that our suppliers are able to offer your chossen product. If the order can not be process or accepted after we received you payment we will contact you by email or by phone.

The price listed on the site include VAT. Prices listed on this site do not include shipping. The customer will pay the price in the order.

Terms and Conditions of Sale. -

Shipping charges are not included. We reserve the right to change the price, in the event that our manufacturers change their prices or if the VAT or other expenses are modify. This price change would not be apply if the order is already done. If you place your order to be sent outside the EU please note that your order sometimes will be added to custom fees and tax. This fee is payable by the customer.

All delivery times are estimates. When you mention the delivery time in days, we mean days / days of the week, and should be added at the weekend. It is possible that key dates increase delivery times. We reserve the right to change the delivery date without notice.

Opticalab is a Spanish company and follows the rules of cancellation and refund of the rights of clients in that country. If you decide to use your right to cancel the order, you assume the cost of returning and shipping. When we have received the item in perfect condition, we will refund the amount you paid within 10-14 business days.

We ask you to contemplate the possibility that the photos can not be a 100% accurate reflection of the product and there may be typos or slight colour changes due to the client device monitors. This may cause some variation in the orders according to the information provided in our shop online.

Opticalab reserves the right to change the terms at any time. No employee or agent Opticalab has the authority to modify any of the terms.

  • Your pupil distance is correct and has been successfully delivered to Opticalab.

  • Your recipe has not expired.


Opticalab is not responsible for problems resulting from failure to comply with the above. By placing an order with Opticalab you agree with this and waive any right.

Force majeure

Opticalab not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms if such delay is due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control. Opticalab entitled to a reasonable extension of time for compliance with such obligations.
